We are happy that most of the invited speakers have confirmed their participation. You can find their names here. We are now working on a preliminary schedule that will be published on the web page soon.
There will be no conference fee. We will have a welcome evening on Sunday, May 19, a poster session reception on Monday, May 20, as well as an excursion and conference dinner on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. Accommodations, travelling and meals have to be paid by everyone individually including the invited speakers.
Also accommodations have to be booked individually. If you will join the meeting and have already registered as an invited speaker, poster presenter or or even without any contribution, please book your hotel room on your own as soon as possible. We were able to arrange a special rate at the NH De Ville Hotel in Groningen for you. But you can also take any other hotel in the city of Groningen. Find more information here.
